Committed to Purpose and Direction that drives Future.
My career began in Turkey, in a highly competitive trading environment. At an early stage, I learned the fundamentals that would shape everything ahead: discipline in execution understanding people and markets building trust through consistency These were not theories — they were daily realities.
As my experience grew, I expanded into international markets and became involved in building large-scale automotive and rental operations in Iraq, including structures connected to Hertz. This was not a standard market. Operating in that environment required: fast, high-impact decision making operational control under pressure the ability to build and lead strong teams We built more than a business — we built a functioning system in a challenging market
In 2017, I made a strategic decision to relocate to the United States. Entering a new market means starting from zero — but experience changes how fast you rebuild. Step by step, I established and grew Kayalar Motors into a trusted dealership operation in Houston, built on transparency, consistency, and long-term relationships. The goal was never short-term gain. It was long-term positioning.
With a stable operational base, I expanded into new areas: Kayalar Construction — focused on commercial real estate development and long-term asset creation. Nemroot — an AI-driven sales and customer engagement platform designed to transform how dealerships operate, respond, and convert. Because modern business is no longer driven only by effort — it is driven by systems, speed, and intelligent execution.
build, scale, and sustain.
34+ years of experience across international markets — from automotive operations to AI-driven platforms and commercial investments.
Leadership & Network
Alongside business operations, I have remained actively involved in industry and community structures, including: Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association (TIADA) National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA) Houston Independent Automobile Dealers Association (HIADA) In addition, I founded Texas Business People — a platform focused on connecting entrepreneurs, sharing real business experience, and building a strong business community.
Perspective
Operating across different countries and systems has shaped how I approach business: Build from the ground up when needed Scale when the structure is right Adapt quickly to market realities Focus on long-term value, not short-term noise
Today
Today, my focus is on: Expanding scalable business structures Investing in long-term opportunities Integrating AI into traditional industries Supporting business communities
Principle
Across all markets, one thing remains consistent: Opportunities are rarely lost because of product or price. They are lost because of execution. The deal didn’t die. The follow-up did.
